September is National Cholesterol Awareness Month and registered dietitian nutritionist Mia Syn was on hand to provide low cholesterol recipes for those who want to choose better-for-you ingredients.
A large part of maintaining healthy cholesterol levels includes using better-for-you ingredients, and Mia has some simple suggestions on how to do so while making quick and easy meals.
